What is your return policy?HelmetDress is committed to offering quality products to its clients. However, if within 30 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact our customer service department and we will arrange for your product to be replaced or will credit you for a future purchase. The product must be unused and in new condition in order to be eligible for return. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If at any point you receive a faulty order, please contact our customer services department and they will assist you with any issues to ensure that you are satisfied. We recommend that you take photographs of the product's fault. Returns of covers that have been used, perforated or fitted onto a helmet are not accepted. |
